          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">本研究は，肢体不自由養護学校の学校教育目標について，設定の手続き・過程，設定されている目標の内容及び評価等の視点から調査し，現状を明らかにするとともに，そこでの問題点を探ることを目的とした。以上のため，全国の公立肢体不自由養護学校168校の学校長を対象に郵送法で調査を実施した。調査期間は1992年8月であり，回収率は71．4％（120校）であった。その結果，学校教育目標は，学校長を中心にして設定されることが多く，設定に際しては，子どもの実態を最重視し，前年度の目標に修正を加えて作成されることが多いということが明らかにされた。内容について見ると，「心身の健康，身体機能の向上増進」「自主性，主体性を持ちたくましい生活力の育成」の項目が最も重視され 学校の特徴が表れている。設定されている目標に関しては，問題を感じていない校長が50％強であるが，学校教育目標の活用に対しては，不満足あるいは懐疑的な校長が62．5％に達している。以上の結果から，目標の設定方法，目標のあり方，活用方法等に問題があることが示唆された。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">This survey was conducted on principals of 168 national public schools for the physically handicapped in August 1992 so as to clalify the contents of educational objectives of schools and the method of establishing them. The method of this survey was questionnaire study by mail and 120 data was collected (the rate of collection : 71.4%) The results were as follows ; 1) Educational objectives of schools were often established by principals as the central figures, and by modifying the preceding objectives. 2) In establishing them, the actual conditions of children were attached importance. 3) "Mental and body health" and "improvement of body function" were usually established as contents of objectives. 4) More than half of the principals didn't question educational objectives of schools, but many principals were dissatisfied with making the best use of them. This study suggested some problems such as the method of establishing educational objectives of schools, the contents of them, and the method of utilizing them.</datacite:description>
