In this research, I tried to continue the exchange of the message and comment between all students and teacher using the communication card every lesson, so that I could reflect their opinion and improve my lessons by next week. As a result of analysis of a questionnaire, it became clear the following three things. (1) It became obvious what students have understood or have doubted in the teachers' lessons. At the same time, teachers wrote back some comments for all students like correcting errors or some extra advice every lesson and it made it possible to store and share the record of lessons. It was also helpful for them to recognize their continuous learning, to promote understandings of the contents of each lesson, and to improve in learning motivation. (2) In response to point out the problems about the lessons' method from students, teachers could immediately reflect their improvement in the following lessons. It had a great effect on making a new style of the lesson which were created with teachers and all students as well as making a confidential relationship between them.
