Second grade pupils in 2 junior high schools were asked to rate a group atmosphere of teachers in charge of their 2nd grade classes, relationships with teachers they had, and their school morale. Results showed that a bright and cooperative group atmosphere of teachers influenced pupils' acceptance of teachers, and that teacher-pupil relationships influenced pupils' general school morale.
