We are concerned with the function of human development which has been damaged by the mass and universal access of university. In Joetsu University of Education, there exist the \"grand plate type\" of campus life in which most of students participate in extracurricular activities in the university. On the other hand, in private university and junior college in a big city, many students take part in various small group activities both inside and outside the campus according their interests, so that we called it \"small plates type\".
