First of all, Nel Noddings' consideration on caring is explicated. And some points of view of the ethic of caring are made clear. Secondly, Noddings' alternative vision to school education is elucidated. It become clear that school education as a whole is, in Noddings' conception, moral education. Thirdly, moral education based on the ethic of caring is explicated, and a problem about its relation to universal ethical principles is discussed.
