Subjects were 107 teachers of special class for children with intellectual and emotional disabilities in Niigata prefecture. The method was employed in questionnaire. Questionnaire consisted of the attribute of children who were a member of a special class, teacher's attribute, and setting the teaching in time of Yogo-Kunren. The date were analyzed with "Quantification method II ". As a result, children's attribute was related whether teacher set the teaching in time of Yogo-Kunren. In particular, degree of children's disabilities had much to do with the setting the teaching in time of Yogo-Kunren.
