This paper deals with an instruction plan for teachers who adopt the set in school practice. The second segment describes a method of teaching 'amount of substance'; how to introduce the mole is shown in the third segment; the topics in the fourth segment are relative atomic mass and molar mass; the fifth segment analyzes some interpretations of the mole appearing in teaching materials; and in the last segment an example of how to write part of the sheets on a blackboard is presented. A class of students who have mastered some principles such as unit-independence and measurement of physical quantities is indispensable for instruction plans that lead to 'amount of substance' and the mole.
