As the result, 1991 edition had the area studies content remarkably, in afterwards revision, not only that the quantity of the area studies content decreases but also that degree of freedom of learning content selection in the practice scene increases clear. By examining the curriculum development process, the regional approach principle was strongly aimed in 1991 edition development.
