That makes clear logical contradictions of the theory of equilibrium price that market price is the point of intersection of demand and supply curves. And at the same time this paper makes clear that we have to give new prescriptions to the concepts of consumer's surplus as the new theory of market price. It is necessary that we create new concepts and operate those concepts theoretically. Those are \"rate of social wants\", that means the rate of demand to supply, \"rate of individual wants\", that means the rate of deficiency to sufficiency, and \"line of market-sensitive price\", that means the line which is different from demand curve, and \"marginal price\", that means the price below which business suffers losses. That is equal to cost price. In this paper we try to schematize the Ikegami's cases and we bring into practice \"excess profit\" and \"productive price\" and \"social value\", those are concepts of Marxian political economy .
