| 内容記述 | 本研究では，全国の69校の盲学校より学校要覧を収集し，そこに記されている学校教育目標の構造と形式を分析した。分析の視点は，①名称，②位置づけ，③目標達成のための方針の記述，④障害に関する用語，⑤表現形式，⑥下位の目標等の設定，であった。全体的にみて，盲学校における学校教育目標の構造や形式は学校により様々であり，学校教育目標に対する認識が多様であることが確認された。また，構造や形式上からみると，学校教育目標の重要性が十分に認識されているとはいえない学校も存在することが明らかにされた。さらに，学校教育目標とその他の用語の概念規定や，両者の関連性が明確にされていなかったり，混同されている傾向がみられ，学校教育活動を支える各概念の規定が十分になされているとはいえない状況が認められた。また，本研究から，盲学校の学校教育目標のあり方について，第一に，名称は教育目標ではなく，学校教育目標か学校の教育目標であることが察知される名称を用いること，第二に，学校教育目標を達成するための方針を明記すること，が示唆された。また，学校数育目標を上位概念として位置づけることが重要であり，学校教育目標を核にし，かつ，学校教育目標との関連性を踏まえて，学校教育活動に関わる用語や事項の整理を行うべきであることが示唆された。さらに，学校教育目標と下位目標との間の関連性や系統性の必要性が強調され，モデルとなる事例が提起された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the educational objectives of schools for individuals with blindness. We asked 69 schools to send a pamphlet of each school. Sixty-nine schools replied to us, but seven of them didn't describe their educational objectives. The educational objectives were analyzed in respect of 1) name, 2) position, 3) policy to accomplish objectives, 4) description of disability, 5) form, and 6) establishment of lower objectives. As a whole, it was found that the structure and form of the educational objectives were very different at each schools, that the importance of them wasn't fully recognized at some schools, and that the conception of them wasn't distinguished from or confused with other terms concerning educational activities. This study suggested that 1) The name should not be "the educational objectives" but "the educational objectives of schools" or a name which is characteristic of the school involved. 2) A policy should be established to realize the educational objectives of schools. 3) The educational objectives of schools should be highly recognized. 4) Terms and matters concerning educational activities were reorganized on the basis of the educational objectives of schools. | |||||
