| 内容記述 | 本研究では，全国の82校の病弱養護学校を対象にして，学校要覧の恵贈を依頼し，そこに記されている学校教育目標の構造と形式を分析した。81校からの協力が得られ，その内2校は学校教育目標が記されていなかったため研究対象から外し，合計79校について分析を行った。分析の視点は，①名称，②位置づけ，③目標達成のための方針記述，④障害に関する用語，⑤表現形式，⑥下位の目標等の設定，であった。全体的にみて，学校教育目標の構造や形式は学校により様々であること，学校教育目標の重要性が十分に認識されているとはいえない状況があること，学校教育目標とその他の用語の概念規定や，両者の関連性が不明確であったり，混同されている傾向があること，が明らかにされた。こうした傾向は，精神薄弱養護学校，肢体不自由養護学校とほぼ同様であった。今後の病弱養護学校の学校教育目標の方向性としては，「教育目標」ではなく，学校の教育目標であることを明確にした名称を用い，学校教育目標を達成するための方針を明記すべきであることが指摘された。また，学校教育目標を上位概念として位置づけ，学校教育目標を核にし，かつ，学校教育目標との関連性を踏まえて，学校教育活動に関わる用語や事項の整理を行うべきであることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to analyze educational objectives of schools for the health impaired, we asked 82 schools to send a pamphlet of each school. 81 schools replied but two of them didn't describe their educational objectives. The educational objectives in the pamplet of school were analyzed in respect of 1) name, 2) position, 3) policy to accomplish objectives, 4) description of disability, 5) form, and 6) establishment of lower objectives. As a whole, it was found that the structure and form of educational objectives were very different at each shool, that the importance of them wasn't fully recognized, and that the conception of them wasn't distinguished from or confused with other terms concerning educational activities. These tendency were similar to those of schools for the mentally retarded and the physically handicapped. This study suggested that 1) The name should not be "educational objectives" but "educational objectives of schools" or a name which is characteristic of the school involved. 2) A policy should be established to realize educational objectives of schools. 3) Educational objectives of schools should be highly recongnized. 4) Terms and matters concerning educational activities were reorganized on the basis of educational objectives of schools. | |||||
