| 内容記述 | 自己実現は教育の目的のひとつである。しかしながら農耕民族であった歴史，神と我という関係を持たない宗教上の理由，偏差値重視の社会や学校の価値観などで自己実現は難しい状況に陥っている。自己実現とは生まれもった自然的自己を社会の枠組みの中で実現させることである。言い換えればアイデンティティの結実といってよい。この作用に教育の持つ役割がある。教育によって人は自己実現の仕方を学んでいく。それは一生の基盤になるものである。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The self-actualization is one of the aims of education. But it is difficult for children to attain self-actualization, firstly because of Japan's history as an agricultural race, secondly because of the religious background where there is no personal relationship between God and man, and thirdly because of the deviation within society and the way of evaluation in schools. The self-actualization means the definition of one's self within the framework of society. In other words it is the fruition of one's identity. In this process there is the role of education. People learn how to attain self-actualization through education. The self-actualization is the basis of entire life. | |||||||||||
