重度・重複障害児を対象とした最近10年間の研究論文を取り上げ，論文中における子どもの発達状態の記述内容について整理した。本稿は，この作業を通して，今後の実践や研究の成果が共通の教育資源としてより有効に活用されるようになるための方策について提案することを目的とした。整理の結果，発達検査や諸分類など，共通の基準による発達状態の記述が認められたのは抽出した論文の69％であり，その他の論文では，個々の判断に基づいた状態像の記述に留まっていた。なお，記述が認められた論文において多く扱われていた基準は「遠城寺式乳幼児分析的発達検査法」と「大島の分類」であった。また，近年その重要性が指摘されるようになった生理学的指標により状態像を記述していた論文は37％に留まっていた。これらのことから，共通基準による発達状態の記述とともに，実践に結びつく新たな基準の開発も期待される。また，特定の機能を詳細かつ客観的に評価できる生理学的評価を重度・重複障害児に対する指導の場に持ち込み，その他の発達検査を用いた評価と組み合わせることにより，発達を多水準的に記述していくことが求められており，それを実現するための体制を充実させていくことも必要である。 |

The purpose of this study was to make a proposal for promoting effective use of scientific papers about children with severe/profound and multiple disabilities. We selected relating Japanese papers published during past ten years and sorted them by the developmental descriptions. We found that the results of the developmental tests and/or the classifications of disabilities were described in sixty-nine percent of papers and those of physiological examinations were described in only thirty-seven. These results suggest that the developmental state should be described by the common scales in more of papers, new developmental scales should be investigated connecting with educational activities and teaching teams should be organized to apply physiological examinations to children with severe/profound and multiple disabilities. |
