| 内容記述 | 養護学校が地域におけるセンター的な役割を果たすためにも，就学指導を担当する市町村教育委員会の指導主事の果たす役割は大きいものがあると考える。そこで，市の教育委員会の指導主事を対象に，養護学校のセンター的役割についてどのようなニーズ等を感じているか等について調査することにした。その結果，市の指導主事は人数も少なく，特殊教育を経験している人も少ないことがわかった。それゆえに，特別なニーズのある障害児が在籍する通常の学級への支援として養護学校のセンター的役割に期待する傾向もみられた。今後，特別支援教育への転換とあわせて，特殊教育の経験のある指導主事を配置し，養護学校の児童生徒や教職員との交流を深め，人的なネットワークを形成することが必要である。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The teacher consultants of city boads of education is an important position in special education. Therefore, I asked them on their career and circumstances of the role of special schools as the center for the ordinary school. Results are as follows: Most of the teacher consultants of city boards of education had not engaged in special education. They expected schools for the handicapped to be a role of special schools as the center for the ordinary school. I consider that city boards of education may as well appoint the teacher consultants having large experience of special education, and make a network of schools for the handicapped, elementary schools, and junior high schools. | |||||||||||
