| 内容記述 | 総合を実践する教師の力量形成についての基礎的データを収集するため，新潟県上越地区中学校の総合学習担当者を対象にアンケート調査を実施した。その結果，設問「私は，「生きる力」をはぐくむことを念頭におき，「総合的な学習の時間」の目標と内容を考えている」については，約88％の教員から肯定的な回答を得た。しかし，設問「私は，「総合的な学習の時間」の目標や内容を考えるとき，校区の小学校の「総合的な学習の時間」の目標と内容を考慮している」については，約67％の教員から否定的な回答を得た。その他の調査結果からは，総合を実践する上での課題として，情報メディアの絶対量の不足，教師の力量不足，学校現場の多忙化などが，実践上の課題としてあげられた。このような実践上の課題に対処するため，中学校の教育現場で取り組むべきこと，大学あるいは各地区教育委員会（教育支援課），各種センター等が対応すべきことに整理して論究した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | To collect basic data concerning the formation of teacher's capacity that practices comprehensiveness, we surveyed public opinion with the subject of responsible persons in comprehensive learning at middle schools in Joetsu district Niigata prefecture. As a result of that, on the question [I, bearing the nourishment of 「power to keep on living」 in mind, am thinking of an objective or contents during 「comprehensive learning time」」, about 88% teachers indicated positive responses. However, on the question 「I, when thinking of the objective or contents during 「comprehensive learning time」, am considering of the objective and contents during 「comprehensive learning time」 at middles schools in the district (a school district)」, about 67% teachers indicated negative responses. From other survey results, shortage of absolute quantity of information media, lack of teacher's capacity, and multi networks of school-site, etc. were raised as a practical task for comprehensiveness. To cope with such practical tasks, we discussed thoroughly by arranging matters to be coped at middle school and matters to be coped at each district's education committee (education support department) and all kinds of centers, etc. | |||||||||||
