| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は退職教員の生活満足度を本人の性格特性と自己実現欲求，生活志向，役割や活動との関わりでとらえることである。本人のパーソナリテー特性は，退職後も維持さていると考えられるが，継続理論に従えば，本人の性格特性は退職後，本人のライフスタイルを規定することになる。そのライフスタイルの一部は自己実現欲求としてとらえられる。自己実現欲求に関しては，①役割アイデンティティレベルでの分析指標と②生活志向のレベルでの分析指標を用いて分析できる。役割アイデンティティでは家族，職業人，個人，地域・団体かについて分析し，生活志向に関しては地域参加型生活志向か，悠々自適型生活志向かにより分析した。さらに，老年期の活動や役割に関しても①参加活動のタイプと②参加活動数をとらえて分析した。その結果，退職後の生活はパーソナリティー特性と関わりがあり，それぞれの生活志向や活動社会活動が，生活満足度と関わりのあることが明らかとなった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the life satisfaction in relation to the type of personality (Type A Behavior) and "doing what one like" The type of personality(Type A Behavior) will be maintained after retirement, and according to the continuity theory, the type of personality of retired people influence their life style. The life style is partly defined "doing what one like". About the "doing what one like", we define role identification (identify themselves as "a family members","an occupational members" "a community mummers"and"an individual") ,and choice of life style("engaging community activity","doing what one want to"). The major findings are that the type of personality(Type A Behavior) relate to life style of retired people and the life style relate to life satisfaction. | |||||||||||
