日本は世界的に見ても有数の火山国であり，現在でも浅間山，三原山，有珠山など多くの火山活動が見られる。火山災害の観点からも火山活動を知る事は日本人にとって重要である。新学習指導要領においても中学校第2分野において「大地の活動の様子や身近な地形，地層，岩石などの観察を通して，地表に見られる様々な事物・現象を大地の変化と関連付けてみる見方や考え方を養う」とある。そこで，本研究では，火山活動がよくわかっている妙高火山群を使い，身近な地層，鉱物などの観察することにより火山活動についての理解を深めることを研究の目的とした。 |

There are many active volcanoes such as Asamayama, Miharayama and Ususan in Japan. The practical study of a volcano is very important for reducing hazard to life and property from the volcanic damage. The Education Ministry's new guidelines of the science at a junior high school support that we study the event and phenomenon on the earth with a connection of a change of our surrounding environment by observation of topography, a stratum and a rock. Then, we cultivate a faculty for the method of a scientific thinking and view. In the present study, we investigated the volcanic ash in the Ainokaze for the understanding of a scientific thinking and view. |
