| 内容記述 | 本研究では，新潟県の難聴・言語障害通級指導教室担当者を対象として，通級指導教室担当教員の力量形成の実態を把握し，今後の現職研修のあり方を展望することを目的とした。調査内容は，(1)通級担当教員の属性，(2)職務の実態，(3)力量形成の過程，であった。調査の結果，ほとんどの教員が，地域における有志による研究会に参加しており，通級担当教員の力量形成には，同僚間の学びあいによるインフォーマルな研修が影響を及ぼしていることが明らかとなった。今後の現職研修の方向性として，(1)特に，新任期の教員を対象とした支援が必要であること，(2)通級担当教員の力量形成に影響を及ぼしている研究会のあり方について，現職教員研修を行う大学がどのように関与できるかを検討することが必要であること，が示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the current circumstances of resource room teachers' professional development and to examin the ways to develop training seminars system for tearchers of resource room for hearing impairments and speech disorders at niigata prefecture. The following contents were investigated : (1)Properties of respondents, (2)Actual conditions of resource room teachers' duties, and (3)Process of professional development of resource room teachers.It was found that many resource room teachers participated in local research groups of teaching mehods for children with hearing impairments and speech disorders. They developped their specialities in the relationships between colleagues inside the school and outside. The results of the study suggest that : (1)especially, the support systems should be provided for teachers with less than 3 years experience; (2)how university providing in-service training seminars could be involved in the activities of local research groups should be examined. | |||||||||||
