本研究は，ユーモアが学級内の局所的および大局的対人関係と学級風土に及ぼす影響を検討した。対象は小学生204名であった。結果から，支援的ユーモアが学級風土を肯定的にすること，支援的ユーモアが表出者と知覚者の関係を親密にし，それが学級内のその他の児童との関係を親密にし，さらに学級風土に影響することが示された。局所的対人関係が大局的対人関係に繋がる可能性が示唆された。 |

This study examined how humorous message would affect on microscopic as well as macroscopic interpersonal relations and climate in classroom. Participants were 204 elementary school children (5th and 6th grade), and 7 questionnaires were used to assess their psychological closeness to a child or teacher who made humorous message, and other classmates and their perception of classroom climate. Results showed that participants felt psychological closeness to the humorist especially who made support-relief humor. In addition, psychological closeness to the humorist seemed to affect on the closeness to other classmates, and those effects could facilitate developing positive classroom climate. Overall, interpersonal relations on microscopic level could influence on macroscopic level in classroom. |
