本研究では，社会化エージェントとしての小学校教師の多様なはたらきかけが，子どもたちの学習意欲に及ばす影響とその内在化過程について検討を加えた。大学4年生および大学院生を対象とした構造化面接にもとづき，様々な回想エピソードが収集・分析された。その結果，教師の条件的・関係的なはたらきかけや，教師自身の態度や信念を起点とした影響，およびそれらを複合的に用いたはたらきかけの影響が区別された。特に複合的はたらきかけは，複数のチャネルを通じて子どもたちを動機づけることによって，より強い動機づけ効果を持ち，また喚起された意欲が多様な発展を見せることが示された。教師が直接的に意図した活動とは異なる価値を内在化したケースが特徴的に見られたが，そのプロセスを見ると，教師からのさまぎまなはたらきかけにもとづいて当該活動経験を積み重ねる中で，子ども自身が当該活動に対する価値を再構成するという段階が含まれていることが見出された。 |

Teachers motivate thier pupils by various way. This study was intended to study the long-term influences of these teacher behaviors, and how children internalize them. University students were interviewed to recall the motivating behaviors of their elementary-school teachers and their influences on them. Various types of teacher-behaviors and their influences were found out. When teachers motivated their pupils by multiple ways of influence, it was indicated to have strong effect on pupils' learning. Many student reported that they have internalized some value which their teacher didn't originally intended to motivate. It suggested that there were restructuring and re-valueing from the point of view of the pupils, and they produced some kind of intrinsic motivation to study. |
