本研究は，中学校における学年教師集団の雰囲気と，教師一生徒関係および生徒の学校適応感との関連を検討した。2つの中学校の第2学年の生徒に，学年教師集団の雰囲気と教師一生徒関係，自身のスクール・モラールについて評定を求めた。結果から，学年教師集団の明朗性と連携性の雰囲気が，教師集団に対する生徒の受容的関係性に影響を及ぼし，そうした関係性が生徒のスクール・モラール全般に影響していた。これは，教師集団構造の生徒に及ばす影響力を示す。また，生徒が教師に対して主体的あるいは能動的にもつ関係が，生徒の学校適応に関連することが示唆された。 |

This paper investigated causal relations among a group atmosphere of teachers, teacher-pupil relationships, and pupils' school morale. Second grade pupils in 2 junior high schools were asked to rate a group atmosphere of teachers in charge of their 2nd grade classes, relationships with teachers they had, and their school morale. Results showed that a bright and cooperative group atmosphere of teachers influenced pupils' acceptance of teachers, and that teacher-pupil relationships influenced pupils' general school morale. These implied the influence of a structure of teachers over pupils, and also suggested that subjective or active relations with teachers that pupils had were relevant to their school morale. |
