| 内容記述 | 我が国においては，現在，豊富な食糧に囲まれながら，健康的な生活，とりわけ食生活に関連した知識，情報の供給，情報受け入れ側の混乱が見られる。このような状況に対して家庭科教育の果たす役割は大きいものと考えられる。本論文においては，まず，現在の進展し，確立された栄養学からみて不適切と考えられる栄養素の固定的な分類について指摘した。つまり，炭水化物，脂肪は生体内で熱量素，構成素，調節素としての働きを持ち，相互的，有機的に，ダイナミックな働きをする事を科学的事実を挙げて述べた。次に，氾濫した情報に振り回されない，かつ，疾病状況の変化に対応した現在の健康教育のために，学校教育，特に家庭科教育における医学的教育，生命倫理教育の導入の必要性について述べた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | There is some confusion among people in Japan concerning knowledge and information with reference to healthy life owing to plentiful foods at present. Under these conditions, home economics must play a great role in school education. In this paper, I pointed out mistakes that there is a stereotype grouping of function of nutrients in home economics textbooks in view of established current nutrition. In brief, all nutrients play important roles as a regulator and a structural element in the cell, where dynamic metabolism is undertaken in a strictly regulated network by molecules synthesized from various nutrients. Next, discussion is made on introduction of elementary medical education and bio-ethics into school education, especially, home economics, in order to learn proper health education corresponding to recent style in diseases and social system such as brain death and organ transplantation. | |||||||||||
