剣道経験者の腰痛症の原因をその形態学的特性の面から検討するため，剣道経験者および剣道未経験者を対象とし，剣道経験の有無および腰痛の有無等の観点から立位時の脊柱湾曲角度の違いを比較した。その結果，（1）剣道の経験者と未経験者では，普段の姿勢にあたる「楽な姿勢」時や「良い姿勢」時の脊柱攣曲角度に差が認められないこと，その中でも（2）剣道経験者において腰痛を経験したことのある者は腰痛の未経験者に比べ立位時の胸椎の後攣や腰椎の前攣の程度が強いこと，また，（3）上半身もより後傾していることが明らかとなった。これらの結果について，腰痛症の発生機序および剣道の動作特性の観点から，剣道経験者の形態学的特性と腰痛症の関係を検討した。 |

The morphological characteristics of lumbago in skilled Kendo-player group were studied by analyzing the spinal curvature. The spinal curvature of the subjects was estimated by means of graphic morphological analyses. The spinal curvature of skilled Kendo group was compared with control group which has not experienced Kendo. The skilled Kendo group was divided in two groups, back pain group (n=16) and non back pain group (n=14), according to the experience of lumbago in the past. (1) There was no difference in the characteristics of the spinal curvature between the skilled Kendo group and the control group. (2) In the skilled Kendo group, the thoracic posterior curvature, the lumbar anterior curvature and the inclination of warped back in the back pain group were smaller than those in the non back pain group. There was the weak point that induces lumbago on the spinal curvature of the back pain group. |
