| 内容記述 | 本研究では，コンピュータネットワークを活用した遠隔地間でのリアルタイムによる協同編集作業場面において，顔画像を付加したインタフェースが作業にどのような影響を及ぼすかについて検討することを目的とした。はじめに，作業に関わる発言量（On－Task発言率）を分析した結果，顔画像の付加していない条件の方が有意に高いことが示された。続いて，このOn－Task発言について，相互作用過程分析に基づき作業集団の機能特性について検討を行った。その結果，作業内容により異なる傾向が示された。択一式がなされた作業場面においては，顔画像が付加されていない条件の方が能動的な課題領域の発言率が高い。しかし，双方の作業者に共有されていない情報をお互いに伝達しながら行う作業においては，顔画像が付加されている条件の方が能動的な課題領域の発言率が高い傾向を示した。対人認知や作業認知においては，いずれの条件においても有意差が見られなかったが，顔画像を付加したインタフェースにはおおむね好意的な評価が得られた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of the addition of a partner's facial image in computer supported cooperative editorial work. First, quantity of utterances on the task was analyzed. The result shows the condition of addition of no partner's facial image is more utterance rate than the condition of a partner's facial image. Secondly, it was investigated to clarify the characteristics of these utterances with Bales' (1950) interaction process analysis (IPA) . Though the IPA had several classifications, the classification of group function which were divided into positive social-emotional, negative social-emotional, active task-oriented and passive task-oriented category was used. The results were as follows. In the harder task, the condition of addition of no partner's facial image was more active task-oriented utterance rate than the condition of a partner's facial image, but In the hardest task, the condition of addition of a partner's facial image was more active task-oriented utterance rate than the condition of no partner's facial image. Finally, it was to investigate the effects of additional of a partner's facial image on task perception and person perception. The results showed there were no significant, but the facial image interface gave a good impression. | |||||||||||
