| 内容記述 | 近年，フェミニズムの立場から，正義の原理を頂点に置くような伝統的な倫理学が男性原理に立つものであると批判され，それに代えてケアリング倫理が唱えられている。本論文は，そうしたケアリング倫理の主唱者の一人であるネル・ノディングズの所論に検討を加え，ケアリング倫理の道徳教育への適用が有効であるかどうかを検討する。まず最初に，ノディングズのケアリング論の検討を通してケアリング倫理の基本的な立場を明確にする。ついで，その立場からの学校教育の在り方について検討し，ケアリング倫理に基づく教育の構想が，学校教育全体を再構築しようとするものであることを明らかにする。そして最後に，道徳教育への適用について考察し，ケアリング倫理は，道徳教育の領域において，普遍的で理性中心的な正義の倫理を補完するものとして受け入れられるべきものであることを明示する。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine an ethic of caring as a foundation of moral education. First of all, Nel Noddings' consideration on caring is explicated. And some points of view of the ethic of caring are made clear. Secondly, Noddings' alternative vision to school education is elucidated. It become clear that school education as a whole is, in Noddings' conception, moral education. Thirdly, moral education based on the ethic of caring is explicated, and a problem about its relation to universal ethical principles is discussed. As a result, it is shown that moral education based on the ethic of caring should be seen as a supplement to one based on a traditional ethics of justice rather than as a substitute for it. | |||||||||||
